📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing clear and accurate information about visa requirements and application processes.
• Translate and interpret documents and communications between clients and visa processing teams, ensuring all information is accurately conveyed.
• Manage client inquiries through email, phone, and in-person meetings, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Coordinate with visa processing teams to ensure all client documents are complete and accurate, and that the application process runs smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application status using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in visa policies and regulations, and provide clients with the most current information.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve client service processes and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
