📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of commercial initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve overall performance.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to visualize and interpret complex data.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management on commercial performance and strategic recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial or analytical role within the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of commercial strategies and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Six Sigma (optional but preferred).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
