Export & Import Staff (Kawasan Berikat)
PT Golden Victory Manufacturies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export & Import Staff to join our logistics team in Jawa Tengah. As a critical member of our operations, you will manage end-to-end documentation and compliance processes specifically within the Kawasan Berikat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation processes
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export laws
- Coordinate with clients and logistics partners to facilitate smooth trade processes
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely customs declarations and other required documents
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements
- Provide support to the logistics team in resolving any issues or challenges that arise
- Stay updated with the latest changes in trade regulations and procedures
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in export and import documentation
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export laws
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in export and import documentation is a plus
