📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive insurance policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our policies and procedures are effectively communicated and understood by all stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance regulations and industry best practices, and incorporate these into our policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to employees on insurance policies and procedures to ensure a consistent understanding and application.
• Monitor and analyze policy performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure that our policies and procedures are legally sound and compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in insurance and regulatory compliance, and incorporate these into our policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with insurance software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures, including underwriting, claims, and risk management.
