📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe handling of inventory.,Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, receiving, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, resolving them promptly and fairly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and inventory.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
