This is a full-time position located in Sleman, with a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations,Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and development,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align training programs with business objectives,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development of the training program

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to design and facilitate engaging training sessions,Familiarity with training management software and e-learning platforms,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
