📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair bakery equipment and machinery,Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery premises,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly,Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment,Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment,Monitor energy and water usage to ensure efficiency,Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment,Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal production output

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role,Familiarity with bakery equipment and machinery,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality,Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards,Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills in bakery equipment maintenanceExperience with HVAC systemsKnowledge of plumbing and electrical systemsForklift certificationBasic computer skills for maintenance recordsLanguage skills: Indonesian (English is a plus)
