📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Support the tender process by preparing and submitting tender documents, and negotiating contracts.,Monitor vendor performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and vendor management.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Provide administrative support to the procurement department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
