📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans tailored to the needs of special needs students.,Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with academic tasks, social skills, and behavioral management.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher and parents.,Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Adhere to school policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Experience working with special needs students is a plus but not mandatory.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
