📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and selling raw land in Bali, focusing on luxury real estate projects.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and local authorities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify lucrative land opportunities and sales prospects.,Negotiate and finalize land acquisition and sales deals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful transactions.,Monitor market trends and economic indicators to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.,Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution.,Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in land acquisition and sales, with a focus on luxury real estate.,Proven track record of successful land acquisitions and sales in Bali or a similar luxury real estate market.,Strong understanding of local regulations, zoning laws, and market dynamics in Bali.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.,Leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee and mentor a team.
