Impact BPO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Coordinator (ACMV) to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of design and architecture projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate BIM projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows.,Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.,Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools, software, and best practices.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to integrate BIM models into construction processes.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with ACMV (Architecture, Construction, and Mining Vocational) standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Information Modeling, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and project management.,Proven experience in leading and coordinating BIM projects for design and architecture firms.,Strong understanding of ACMV standards and regulations.,Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
