In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and documents,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Coordinate with internal and external auditors,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs,Train and mentor junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
