Town Smart Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Generate and analyze operational reports to track performance and identify trends.,Provide support to the management team in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
