📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Operations Center, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of security services.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into our operations.
• Report directly to the General Manager, providing strategic insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager in the security or integrated services industry, preferably with 5-10 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using security operations software such as Command Centre, SIEM, or similar tools.
• Certified in security management or a related field, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Security Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
