📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Analyze sales and demand data to forecast inventory needs and place orders accordingly.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth flow of goods from suppliers to our warehouses.
• Provide regular reports to management on inventory status, procurement activities, and any issues that need attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience using ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of inventory management techniques, including ABC analysis, VED, and safety stock.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
• Certification in procurement or inventory management is a plus.
