📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching.,Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and resolve employee issues and conflicts.,Coordinate and supervise team schedules and workloads.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee performance and attendance.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Experience in a service-oriented or hospitality industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
