📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of engineering projects.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Inspect and monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.,Develop and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.,Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project risks.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site personnel.,Ensure all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing and executing engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.
