HALO Lestari is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of logistics activities, managing a team of logistics coordinators, and ensuring that all logistics operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Manage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with overall business operations.,Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to support the company's business objectives.,Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team to ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading logistics teams.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including but not limited to ERP, WMS, and TMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
