Fast Shop Lestari is seeking a Lead Internal Audit professional to join our team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing internal audit activities to ensure compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of successful audit projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage internal audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.,Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identify and assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions implemented after audits.,Provide guidance and support to junior auditors and team members.,Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
