📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Write, test, and debug automation scripts to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Document RPA processes and create user guides for end-users.
• Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of RPA processes and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in RPA development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
