📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales and marketing efforts in the assigned area,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends,Train and mentor sales and marketing staff to ensure they meet performance targets,Participate in company-wide initiatives and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry,Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
