📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and evaluate program performance using data analytics tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with local government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare providers to ensure program success.
• Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure program sustainability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial health regulations and guidelines.
• Represent the health office at regional and national health conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health program management.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs.
• Strong knowledge of national and provincial health regulations and guidelines.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
