📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Document and maintain IT assets and inventory.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.,Participate in project teams to support the implementation of new IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.,Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
