📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the team and ensuring that all team members are performing at their best.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.,Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.,Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, and that the team is well-trained and equipped to handle any situation.,Report to the Captain on the status of projects and any issues that may arise.,Participate in team meetings and decision-making processes, providing input and suggestions as needed.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and that they are fulfilling them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to mentor and develop team members.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
