📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of maritime operations, including vessel operations, crew management, and compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the vessel and crew at all times.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the crew, fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and support services.
  • Report to senior management on operational performance, safety incidents, and any other relevant matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Navigation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar role.
  • Valid Master Mariner's Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and local language.
