🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and merchandising, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analytics tools like SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in procurement or merchandising is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
