📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and quality assurance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Train and develop staff to maintain high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Previous experience in a baking or food production environment is a plus.
