📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of retail strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
• Manage store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and daily store activities.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high standards of service and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch of new products and promotions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and suggest improvements.
• Participate in MAP Active’s leadership development programs to enhance your managerial skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple stores in Bali.
