📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire payroll cycle using PayrollPlus, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Handle employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and addressing employee concerns.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payroll data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR Manager in organizing team-building activities and workshops.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a payroll or employee relations role.
• Familiarity with payroll software, specifically PayrollPlus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a plus.
